Consulting and light UI design to unify and upgrade a supply chain optimisation application.
GenLots has created a supply chain optimization tool for material planners. In order to support the development team, GenLots asked me to create some interfaces, solve problematic user-journeys and propose a more unified component system. This effort, although progressive and light, has made it possible to significantly improve handling of complex interfaces as well as to make it easier to implement new functionalities.
